Rabbit Hill Business Park is an established commercial business park, situated in a highly desirable and idyllic out of town location, three miles south of Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire. Rabbit Hill is a mixed development of Retail, Warehousing and Offices with an on-site Café.

The park is strategically located on the A168, just off Junction 47 and 48 of the A1 (M), with close links to the A59, A19 and A64. Rabbit Hill is ideally positioned for commuting from Thirsk, York, Harrogate, Ripon and Wetherby with excellent links to National Rail and local airports. The History of Rabbit Hill Park

Holly Bank Farm began its transformation in 2014, when the redundant farmstead was purchased by Rabbit (Holdings) Ltd with a vision to create a thriving and attractive business community.

With the support of Harrogate Borough Council, the site was carefully developed over three phases. Phases 1, 2 and 3 saw the former farmstead progressively restored and developed into the business park you see today, while retaining the character of its rural setting. The final tenants moved into Phase 3 in late spring 2020, marking an important milestone in the development of Holly Bank Farm.

Rabbit (Holdings) Ltd is a property investment company with a portfolio that also includes Rabbit Hill Business Park and Burrows Park Caravan Site.

Today, Holly Bank Farm is home to a diverse community of businesses and continues to be managed with a focus on providing a welcoming, well-maintained and professional environment for its tenants and visitors.
